To better serve our patrons and be successful in the future we must have core values we can support, believe in and live by every day.  Our values capture the definition of who we are and shape our image.

A Positive Environment is essential.  We value the individual’s feeling and the group’s morale.

Open Communication is vital.  We respect, encourage and listen carefully to  others while remaining focused on the mission.
