Health Careers Certification

Description:

Health Careers Certification is designed to introduce students to many health related careers. It is to assist in making the appropriate occupational selection through close contact with the health community. Students should have an interest in life and social sciences. The desire to make a genuine contribution to the health and well-being of others is important. The emphasis is on the nature of various health disciplines and their requirements. Skills and theory common to all health areas are taught. Students are prepared for a wide range of health care opportunities. Depending on the student career interests will determine the career pathways.

Hours and Length:

Morning session - 8:10 - 11:10am.
Afternoon session - 12:45 - 3:45pm.
