Description:
This class prepares students for future roles in the graphic and advertising design industry. Students study typography, color theory, principles of design and composition, page layout, vector and raster images, and their applications to a variety of methods and styles of editing and print production. Students learn essential Adobe CC software to help create various types of graphic design and to prepare artwork for digital press production, wide format printing, vinyl signage, and screen printing. Safety, fundamentals of technology, proofing principles, finishing operations, and digital photography are also covered. Study materials provided can also be used to prep for Adobe certifications.

Morning session – 8:10 – 11:10 a.m.
Afternoon session – 12:45 – 3:45 p.m.
